Hi Donald--
As someone who was on Talisman at the time, I certainly remember the post,
too. It, however, had a more positive effect on me. People were pretty
pissed and hurt at the time, and I guess that shows. What I appreciated was
the poster's desire to calm things down and try to resolve things in a more
Baha'i way.
Its very unfortunate, and ironic, that this post is now used as evidence for
something the poster was trying hard to prevent from happening. This post was
a *good* example of a group of Baha'is consulting together and trying to
right themselves. Its also very unfortunate, and ironic, that almost everyone
involved in that list or with that particular post is no longer Baha'i.
Score another one for the AO I guess.
So, I don't think it would be productive to discuss the post. It will only
upset people who are having difficulties with the AO and it will give those
who are glad the Majnun people are now gone another chance to be smug.
Thanks
Peace
