<<Message: TOS violation>>
Dear Mr. Case,
I'm forwarding you the message below from the Bahai Forum Leader
who just showed back up yesterday after being gone at least since
early August, 1998, and apparently even for months prior to that.
He's suddenly alleging TOSs against me and apparently threatening
others with him. I've been asking for months for him to RESIGN and
believe the best thing for AOL members is for him to do so. He's a
highly dictatorial personality as I have experienced him on a mailing
list, Bahai-Studies, and should not even be allowed to run AOL's
Bahai Forums, which are definitely manipulated by fundamentalist
Bahais intent on silencing and suppressing others who do not toe
the party line....
Please, please do something NOW to help improve the Bahai Forums
and prevent them from further abuse by Bahais. I suggest you search
the Questions to Forum Leader and Annoucement Folders back to
August to corroborate that I have repeatedly attempted to improve the
manipulation of these Forums by Bahais.
Further, as a paying member, I ask you to fully investigate the motivations
for placing these bogus TOSs on my account and remove them.

Another TOS violation. Both of these have been reported to AOL.

Subject: Why RBCF Mark Foster should resign

Since early August 1998, I have repeatedly asked
the Forum Leader Mark Foster to improve 3 issues:
alt.religion.bahai and talk.religion.bahai added to Newsgroups
on the main Bahai Forum Menu
Libraries functioning and accepting all postings to them and
uncensored by Bahais.
My web site The Bahai Faith & Religious Freedom of Conscience
added to Web Sites and all others freely accepted as well:

The long record of appeals can be found on Questions for
the Forum Leader, Announcements, and For Non-Bahais.
During this entire time, and apparently for months even
prior to August, he has abandoned his duties and
responsibilities as Forum Leader. That is why I emailed him
personally on at least two occasions months ago and have
repeatedly asked for his resignation in public on the Bahai
Forums.
I once again ask Mark Foster to RESIGN and allow
someone else become the Forum Leader. I do not believe
that Mark Foster, nor Susan Maneck, should be trusted
with the position. Mr. Foster has thoroughly proven his
inability and incompetence during the last year. Ms. Maneck
has equally demonstrated her dishonesty and lack of respect
for the principles that undergird AOL--freedom of speech and
conscience by referring on these Message Boards and
elsewhere to people's "garbage" opinions and ideas. Her
demagogic NO vote campaign against talk.religion.bahai
speaks poorly of her commitment to the principles that a
Forum Leader should adhere to not to mention those that
anyone truly worthy of being consider a scholar ought to
uphold.
Maneck1.htm
Bahais such as Foster and Maneck have abused the
positions of authority when given them. They have and
would run the AOL Forums in the same dictatorial way
that soc.religion.bahai has and is run. I do not care to
pay $21.95 per month for more Bahai censorship of the
3 Issues. People need to understand that the frozen
status quo is better than nothing to Bahai like Foster and
Maneck.
I request all those people who agree to speak up and say
something and support the Petition I have posted in the
past and will repost now.
